Blackwater Cycle is the only shop that I will allow to work on my 2002 Softail Deuce. The Harley dealerships have lost my business since they don't work on their own bikes that are older than 10 years. So much for Loyalty from Harley-Davidson. The guys at Blackwater are awsome, they adjusted my Carburetor, fixed my Choke,and replaced my throttle and break cable. Also the cleaned my bike. They work with their customers to make everything worry free. You don't have to worry about them working on you motorcycle, they know what they are doing and they do it right. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. You won't be disappointed.

I reached out to several companies about installing new tires on my wife’s Can Am Spyder. And no one got back to me except Blackwater Cycles. I purchased my own tires and brought them and the Spyder to them and they knocked it out in a few hours. I know they are known for working on Harley’s but if you need tires installed for your Can Am Spyder bring it to them! Thanks again guys!

I just had my bike serviced as it is new to me and needed its 20K service. I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with Blackwater Cycles and the way they do business. I received a detailed inspection report, and all service cost was up front. I would highly recommend Nick and the crew for your Harley needs. I will be back in the future for some upgrades.
I just want to say that Jim and Nick were awesome guys to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a bike or wanting to sell a bike. Looking forward to seeing the outcome of this bike build.

Reposting my review from Facebook here. I just wanted to thank Jim and his staff at Blackwater Cycles in Pensacola for an immaculate 2021 Road glide special. I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was and the overall condition was better than new! I would passionately refer anyone in the market for a preowned Harley Davidson to Blackwater Cycles. Jim is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly transparent, and easy to deal with the process was almost effortless.
Picked up a 2023 Heritage yesterday. Great deal on a bike with only 27 original miles. Saved thousands over local Harley dealer prices and extra fees. These guys are top-notch and great to deal with. Nothing but straight forward, honest deals.

I typically don't leave a review, but the customer service at Blackwater was impeccable. My husband had an issue with his bike, but he works overnights so getting up during the day to handle the problem was difficult. Blackwater picked up his bike, fixed it, and dropped it back off all before he woke up to get ready for work. They've earned a lifelong customer in us.
I needed a 5K service on my 2018 Triglide Ultra. (Harley quoted me $1200) I texted Jim and he answered right away. We set up a time, and price. Significantly less than Harley. His guy came and picked it up,and brought it back. No charge! I highly recommend them for your service needs. Thanks Jim, and you have a customer for as long as I have a bike!
Nick and the crew was great to work with. Stop in on a Thursday to look around at selection of bikes while passing thru Pensacola, found out they perform Harley maintenance, was about to take bike back to dealer, prices were much more reasonable at Blackwater.Not only that, I live in Spanish fort, he offered to come pick my bike up from my home to service it, an also offered to bring it back, I got my wife to bring me back, much to nice of a day to ride!!!! On top of that ,Gary done a fantastic job performing the 3 hole shot oil change and checking everything else out. Even washed and buffed bike out. Hands down great service, will be returning!!!!
I finally found the perfect Harley-Davidson a 2017 street glide special with only 9000 miles! The bike felt new spotless. It must’ve been perfectly maintained in order to keep a bike from 2017 looking like it did when I picked it up thanks again to Jim and his staff Blackwater Cycles. Had the pleasure of buying my first bagger through Jim. If you tried comparing prices, quality and reliability, you’d find his only ‘competition’ would be a brand new bike out of the crate. Found a badass ‘22 Street Glide Special at Blackwater Cycles that I had to have! Hit em up and one of their guys got back to me right away with info and more pictures. He was very upfront and honest about the condition of the bike which was in practically new condition but he was still sure to mention any blemish he may have seen since I lived an hour from their dealership.. Decided to ride over and check it out in person and he had the Street Glide pulled up and ready to go before I got there so took all of 10 seconds for me to know I was taking it home!.. They already had a great price on it and was transparent and up-front about the entire process so everything went super quick and simple and I was headed home on my new Street Glide Special before lunch!.. Overall great guys, great place, and great prices so go check em out!!!
